Randall closed his most important transaction when he married his wife, Neisha. After exchanging their vows on September 27th, 2003, they honeymooned in the Canadian Rockies and have settled into their home in East Kessler Park. Randall & Neisha wasted no time growing their family, and are now the proud parents of Chloe Nicole, born in July 2004, and Zachary Scott, born in December 2006.

Real Estate Acheivements

Randall earned his Broker's License in September 2006 and is now the owner of Randall Simpson Real Estate, an independent brokerage. Randall has closed more than 50 transactions over the past three years, and continues to build a loyal following of satisfied clients.

Randall is honored to have been voted "Best Realtor for 2005" as highlighted in the July 2005 issue of D Magazine.

Prior to moving to the Keller Williams Elite Office, Randall finished the 2004 calendar year ranked #2 in year to date sales out of over 100 agents in the Dallas City Center office. He served on the Agent Leadership Council, tasked with establishing office policies and mentoring agents, and was the acting Chairman of the Finance Committee.

Career Highlights

Randall Simpson graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in accounting. He passed the CPA exam on his first attempt in May 1989, and began his career at KPMG, a big four accounting firm. He was named the Chief Financial Officer before the age of thirty at Rent-A-Center, a publicly traded retail organization with about 2,000 locations. Randall’s experience includes numerous Securities and Exchange Commission filings, initial public offerings, acquisitions, and divestitures. Randall is no stranger to very complex legal agreements.

Randall left the accounting profession to pursue a career in sales, working for Lawson Software, a provider of high-end financial, supply chain, human resources, and internet products. His largest single transaction was in excess of $2.5 million. Randall understands technology and has negotiated contracts for complex business solutions.

Randall accepted a position as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Mpower Systems, formerly KMA interactive, a provider of Donor Relationship Management software to Christian ministries. Randall ramped sales from zero to over forty closed contracts in his first year.
